Last week, FEMA released an NFIP-related fact sheet titled “How April 2015 Program Changes Will Affect Flood Insurance Premiums.”

The fact sheet addresses several important topics for agents who sell NFIP policies, including limiting increases, the Reserve Fund, mandatory increases, new procedures and other important topics.
