Big “I" Chairman John Costello, in a video released yesterday, apologized for an interview segment conducted at the Big “I" Legislative Conference between President & CEO Bob Rusbuldt and Fox News host Jesse Watters in April.

“We deeply regret that this incident occurred at an event intended to celebrate our organization and its membership," Costello said. “We are working closely with our DEI team, which includes agency, carrier and association partners."
