According to Dina Tristani, executive vice president and profit center leader, the Humanity Plus Program’s special schools insurance is designed for entities that serve those who are developmentally disabled, those with autism, persons who have hearing or vision impairments or other learning disabilities and those with behavioral problems. In response to the extraordinary risk factors that may result in part from the cognitive disabilities of clients in these facilities, AFC has positioned itself to assist those facilities in creating a comprehensive risk management program.
