FOCUS: Working at heights presents crane operators and scaffolders with a unique set of risks. In response, Ascinsure Specialty Risk has created a customized, all-lines product tailored specifically to crane and scaffold companies.
With 30 years of industry experience, Ascinsure offers all-inclusive options for the crane and scaffold industry. “By creating a simple and comprehensive package, we’ve created a program that reduces confusion when it comes to crane and/or scaffold claims,” says Curtis Kochman, senior vice president of Ascinsure Specialty Risk.
Kochman says Ascinsure can provide an “all-lines solution” from a single carrier. The product is customizable to the client and includes differentiated coverages and third-party services. Claims adjusters are trained specifically to handle crane and scaffold claims exclusively, from start to finish.
“From coverages like loss of use on our rigger’s form to deep discounted third-party services like drug testing and background checks, we want to make sure that our insureds have the tools they need to operate safely and effectively,” says Kochman, who notes the company couples this with an online safety platform to help clients establish their safety culture.
