Media seeks experts following Supreme Court health care ruling and mid-Atlantic storms.
With insurance issues making top headlines recently, numerous Big “I” members and staff have been prominently featured in national, state and local media.

Former Big “I” Chairman Alex Soto of Miami’s InSource Inc. was profiled by the national PBS program “Nightly Business Report” following the U.S. Supreme Court health insurance decision. Watch that piece here.

Soto was also quoted in an article on the same topic in National Underwriter. Read the story here.

In addition, A.M. Best, Insurance Journal and Business Insurance published articles featuring Big “I” staff and spokespeople. Local TV stations and newspapers across the country also counted on the expertise of Big “I” agents and national staff.

FOX News interviewed both Bob Rusbuldt, Big “I” president & CEO, and Kathy Weinheimer of Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of New York for an online consumer guide on managing repairs from the massive derecho storm that pelted the mid-Atlantic region. Read the article here.

Meanwhile, Trusted Choice® agents Billy Simons of Rust Insurance in Washington, D.C., and Mike McCartin of Joseph W. McCartin Insurance in College Park, Md., participated in a host of radio, TV and print interviews in their area, discussing storm damage and insurance claims.
