Webinar Explains Strategies for Hiring, Developing Top Producers
Register for March 15 education session.
There are few topics more critical to the longevity and profitability of a sales organization than a continuous source of fresh talent and energy, which can increase an agency’s bottom line and build its future success. Successful sales organizations hire talented salespeople and proactively recruit on an ongoing basis to effectively identify and attract such individuals.

During a webinar on March 15, “Tactics to Create Top Producers,” discover effective strategies for hiring sales people, developing their best talents, paying them properly and mentoring and motivating them so their skills can have the very best impact on an agency’s bottom line. In addition, learn what the best agencies are doing to accomplish organic growth in a book of business.

The webinar is scheduled for 3 p.m. EST on March 15. It is the third in a five-part series, The Power of FIVE, from the Best Practices School of Agency Management at the Big “I” Virtual University. In each webinar, Best Practices expert Lisa Harrington will present five simple steps to help agents implement effective strategies that have come from two decades of research.

By breaking down the action item into manageable chunks, agents should have a better chance of getting started. And once those steps are in play, agencies should see great results and excitement from staff, making it easier to continue working the plan.

Other webinars in the series include Effective Leaders, Creating a Sales Culture, Human Resource Mistakes and Managing CSRs.

Registration and other information on each webinar is here. Tuition is $79 per webinar or $350 for the entire series.
